Description:
As a Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager at NAECO, you’ll be the architect of our high-velocity lead and customer pipeline, expanding current accounts and driving new business opportunities to our sales team. We’re seeking a talented and data-driven candidate to manage key relationships and to craft and execute multi-channel campaigns that captivate target audiences and convert them into valuable business opportunities. Your proactive skills will be key in nurturing current and past customers and identifying, generating, and qualifying new leads, ensuring a steady stream of top-notch prospects that fuels our continued growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a key set of customers performing proactive marketing, order processing, invoicing, quotations, and other administrative duties.
- Engage with current & past customers and prospects to identify and foster new business opportunities.
- Administrator for corporate CRM, including optimizing workflows and overall engagements.
- Assist with website updates, identifying issues and making recommendations for website optimization.
- Help design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our business goals.
- Assist with the creation of compelling content across various channels that attract and engage target audiences.
- Coordinate activities with trade shows and other relevant industry events.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and revise based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless qualified lead/opportunity handoff.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM administration, inbound marketing, SEO, WordPress, Google analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- A skilled communicator with the ability to strengthen existing and build new relationships.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, generating, and qualifying leads.
- Experience in B2B demand creation and lead generation and qualification best practices.
- Ability to create engaging content and collateral.
- An energetic and passionate individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Aerospace/Automotive/Medical experience in an AS9100/QS9000/ISO9001/ISO13485 setting.
- A strong understanding of the B2B buying journey and buyer personas.
- Experience working in a technical work environment.
- College degree in marketing, communications, design, or technical discipline.
What we offer:
- A great work schedule: The hours are a 9/80 work schedule where employees work 80 hours in a 9 (week)day period. Employees have every other Friday off. On Monday – Thursday, the hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm with an hour for lunch (or work til 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break), and every other Friday the employees work 7:30am – 4:30pm with an hour for lunch, (or work til 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break).
