We are currently hiring for the following position(s):

CNC Machinist

We are seeking a CNC Machinist with strong set up skills to work in a lead role. The hours are 5:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Thursday (four 10 hour days). The job responsibilities include:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Swiss style lathe or VCNC machines to make metal parts
Make tool changes/ adjustments
Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production
Check output for quality assurance
Identify need to repair/perform machine maintenance
Maintain a safe and clean work area

Qualifications

5+ years VCNC or CNC Swiss Lathe set up experience.
Ability to read blueprint and produce parts to spec
Experience using inspection equipment
Certification or Associates degree a plus
Machine programming a plus
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety
Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
Experience as a Lead is strongly preferred
Able to commit to a 2nd shift if needed

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The work environment characteristics are on a manufacturing floor. The physical environment includes walking, standing, lifting heavy objects for long periods of time.
Works with and around oils, coolants and cleaning solutions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift or move parts with approximate weight of up to 50 pounds.
Personal safety protective equipment is required and provided by the company

Pay is commensurate with experience. Health insurance begins on the first day of employment. Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager

Description:

As a Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager at NAECO, you’ll be the architect of our high-velocity lead and customer pipeline, expanding current accounts and driving new business opportunities to our sales team. We’re seeking a talented and data-driven candidate to manage key relationships and to craft and execute multi-channel campaigns that captivate target audiences and convert them into valuable business opportunities. Your proactive skills will be key in nurturing current and past customers and identifying, generating, and qualifying new leads, ensuring a steady stream of top-notch prospects that fuels our continued growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a key set of customers performing proactive marketing, order processing, invoicing, quotations, and other administrative duties.
Engage with current & past customers and prospects to identify and foster new business opportunities.
Administrator for corporate CRM, including optimizing workflows and overall engagements.
Assist with website updates, identifying issues and making recommendations for website optimization.
Help design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our business goals.
Assist with the creation of compelling content across various channels that attract and engage target audiences.
Coordinate activities with trade shows and other relevant industry events.
Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and revise based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless qualified lead/opportunity handoff.

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience with MS Office, CRM administration, inbound marketing, SEO, WordPress, Google analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
A skilled communicator with the ability to strengthen existing and build new relationships.
Proven track record of success in identifying, generating, and qualifying leads.
Experience in B2B demand creation and lead generation and qualification best practices.
Ability to create engaging content and collateral.
An energetic and passionate individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing and communication skills.

Bonus points if you have:

Aerospace/Automotive/Medical experience in an AS9100/QS9000/ISO9001/ISO13485 setting.
A strong understanding of the B2B buying journey and buyer personas.
Experience working in a technical work environment.
College degree in marketing, communications, design, or technical discipline.

What we offer:

A great work schedule: The hours are a 9/80 work schedule where employees work 80 hours in a 9 (week)day period. Employees have every other Friday off. On Monday – Thursday, the hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm with an hour for lunch (or work til 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break), and every other Friday the employees work 7:30am – 4:30pm with an hour for lunch, (or work til 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break).

Inspection Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Performs incoming and final inspections on materials and parts using proper tools including calipers, micrometer, optical comparator, visual inspection system.
Works on the plant floor inspecting machined parts and coaching employees on non-conforming parts
Documents inspection results, approving or rejecting finished product.
Documents non-conformances in the Quality software. Works with teams to develop corrective actions.
Works collaboratively with other departments to improve overall product quality; exceed NAECO quality goals with regard to suppliers, customers and internal production.
Supervise 2 Quality Inspectors.
Develops inspection plan for new parts according to customer specifications and requirements. Programs Visual Inspection System for new parts.
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions.
Completes First Article Inspection reports and PPAPs, as needed.
Complete GR&R and capability studies, as needed.
Interacts with customers to resolve quality issues.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ yrs experience working in a Quality role with Supervisory responsibility
3+ years of Manufacturing experience
Proficient in reading engineering/blue print drawings is a must
Experience using job related inspection equipment listed above
Experience with GD&T
Metals knowledge preferred
Experience programming a CMM or Visual Inspection Machine a plus

Additional Skills:

Excellent communication at all levels of the company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail and proven history of quality and dimensional inspections.
Ability to work well independently

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

The work environment characteristics are primarily an office environment with interaction with employees in light manufacturing. The physical work environment is primarily sitting, but also includes standing, bending, walking, lifting, and carrying (up to 10-20 pounds).

Schedule: The hours are a 9/80 work schedule where employees work 80 hours in a 9 weekday period. On Monday – Thursday, the hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm with an hour for lunch (or take a 30 minute lunch break and leave at 5:00pm), and every other Friday the schedule is 7:30am – 4:30pm with an hour for lunch (or take a 30 minute lunch break and leave at 4:00pm). The employees are off work every other Friday.
